The Corvallis Clinic offers multiple locations for primary care, including clinics at Waverly Drive and North Albany. We encourage patients requiring same-day care to visit our Immediate Care in Corvallis.

Open Monday–Friday, 10 am-7 pm. QuickCare is available to patients 2 years of age and older to treat minor illnesses, injuries, vaccines, and sports physicals. Flu and COVID-19 vaccines are administered to ages 18+ on Wednesday by appointment. Please call for availability.

QuickCare offers same-day online appointment scheduling to see nurse practitioners for treatment of minor illnesses, and injuries without opioids, benzos, or narcotics. QuickCare also provides preventive care, sports physicals, immunizations, and some laboratory tests. All open time slots and treatment prices are posted. Make your appointment online or in person. What types of services do you provide?

QuickCare treats minor illnesses and injuries without opioids, benzos, or narcotics. QuickCare also provides preventive care, sports physicals, immunizations, and some laboratory tests such as strep, glucose levels, and urinalysis.

What if I'm late to my appointment?

If you are more than five minutes late, we will work to reschedule you later in the day.

What ID do I need to bring to my appointment?

If you are new to QuickCare and The Corvallis Clinic, please bring a government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, driver’s license, non-driver ID card or Department of Defense Identity Card. Also, bring your insurance card and any other medical information you feel might help you complete the demographic and medical history forms

If you are new to QuickCare but have been seen at The Corvallis Clinic, please bring a government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, driver’s license, non-driver ID card or Department of Defense Identity Card. In addition, please bring an insurance card if there have been changes to your coverage.

What if my insurance is not on the list?

We will accept cash or credit card payment. You may also use our receipt to submit a claim to your insurance provider.

Do you provide imaging services?

QuickCare does not offer x-ray or other imaging services. If needed, you will be referred to The Corvallis Clinic Imaging Services.

How early do I need to arrive for my appointment?

You should come five minutes before your appointment.  If you are new to QuickCare and The Corvallis Clinic, you should come 10 minutes before your appointment to complete demographic and medical history forms.

If I need language assistance, can I be seen?

QuickCare offers instant online translation for many languages, including American Sign, Spanish, Arabic, Korean and Mandarin Chinese. Please call 541-754-1369 to schedule your appointment.

Can I schedule an appointment for family members?

Yes. When scheduling the appointment, please fill out the patient’s name.

Can I register people I'm not related to?

Yes. However, the email confirming the appointment will go to your email, not the email of the person for whom you are making the appointment.

Do you see children?

We see children ages 2 and older. Our providers believe pediatricians offer children under 2 years the best level of care.  To make an appointment with one of our pediatricians at The Corvallis Clinic, call 541-754-1278. Pediatrics is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Same-day appointments are available. New patients are welcome.

How do I cancel my appointment?

If you have made an appointment and used an active email address you should have received an email with a cancellation link. Click the link, and select cancel and your appointment will be removed.
